Try to stretch and move your body every day. If you have a foam roller available, try to use it for self-massage on your legs, shoulders and back. Lay on the floor with the roller underneath whichever body part you are trying to massage. Use gravity and roll your body up and down.
For getting in between the shoulder blades, perhaps try laying on a tennis ball and rolling on it.
This also works if you want to get in to your glutes - standing, put the tennis ball between your glute and the wall and exert pressure. Try rolling around here too.
Massage your feet by rolling a ball or rolling pin underneath the arch of your foot, whilst sitting or standing.
